You agree to use the storage unit solely for the storage of personal or business items. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods.

- Prohibited Items: Explosives, flammable liquids, illegal drugs.
5. Security and Access
Storage Docklands employs various security measures to protect your belongings. However, we are not liable for the loss or damage of items stored on the premises.

5.2 Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your storage unit with the provided locks. We recommend using high-quality locks for added security.
6. Liability and Insurance
Storage Docklands offers basic coverage for stored items. For comprehensive protection, we recommend obtaining additional insurance.
6.1 Limited Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our storage services.

7. Termination and Cancellation
7.1 Termination by Storage Docklands
We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement for non-compliance with terms, non-payment, or other violations.
7.2 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your rental agreement by providing written notice as specified in the agreement. Cancellation fees may apply.
7.3 Property Removal
Upon termination, you are required to remove all stored items within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in disposal of your belongings.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Docklands operates.
9. Amendments
Storage Docklands may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
11. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Storage Docklands regarding the use of our services.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce them in the future.
